Youth Sport Conditioning
When designing Agility, Quickness and Reaction (AQR’s) training programs for children it is important to remember that
children are anatomically, physiologically, and psychologically immature. In general, if 7 and 8 year old child is ready
for competitive organized sports then they are ready for some type of Agility, Quickness and Reaction (AQR’s) training.
